La Poste are one of the official partners of Euro 2016, the football tournament that is due to take France by storm this summer.

Not only are La Poste responsible for making sure that tickets reach their owners before the matches but they are also responsible for creating a truly unique stamp to commemorate the occasion. From 2nd April 2016 you will be able to buy the stamp that is not only shaped like a football, but that also smells of freshly cut grass.

Alongside this special commemorative stamp La Poste have also created a series of illustrated stamps for each of the host cities of Euro 2016, including Bordeaux. The complete collection of ten stamps is available to buy right now and can be used within Europe.

Additional football-themed stamps will be on sale from May.
