Situated in a gorgeous white stone townhouse built in the classical style of the late 19th century, this restaurant is part of the joint project of Bernard Magrez, owner of various wineries in the Bordeaux area, and Pierre Gagnaire.

In its grand dining room, they serve the wonderful creations of a Michelin-starred chef, along with a selection of 259 wines including all the Grand Crus Classés.

The gourmet restaurant is part of the Grande Maison Hotel. It offers a menu based on traditional French dishes made with products from the South-East and updated in a contemporary combination. The two dining rooms, seating 42 diners and including the library of former owner Léon Duguit, have been decorated by Frédérique Fournier in a personal interpretation of the Napoleon III style.

They offer different tasting menus.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch from 12:00-13:30 and Dinner from 19:00-21:30.

Closed every Monday.

Situated in the luxurious surroundings of Le Grand Hotel de Bordeaux, this restaurant offers diners an elegant yet intimate restaurant styled in a palette of mauve and orange with a handcrafted marquetry floor.

Signature dishes from head chef Gilad Peled, developed with Gordon Ramsay, include native lobster from the ‘press’, steamed with lemon leaf, corn, girolles, courgettes, coral and lemon grass bisque; and blonde d’ Aquitaine veal, braised shin, bone marrow, white root vegetables, soft herbs and consommé.

Open Tuesday - Saturday: 19:00-21:30.

Dress code is elegant casual.

Chef Nicolas Masse offers in this restaurant a combination of traditional French cuisine, made with fresh seasonal ingredients from the southwest sourced from local producers, with unusual influences from all around the world. His creations can be paired with a large selection of wines, by the counsel of head sommelier Aurélien Farouil.

The restaurant is set in a beautiful 18th-century orangery overlooking the nearby lake and the vineyards that surround the hotel Les Sources de Caudalie, to which it belongs. There is also a terrace. The original but down-to-earth dishes are served "à la carte" or as part of different tasting menus.

Open from Wednesday to Friday, 19:30-21:30. Open on Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 to 13:45, and from 19:30 to 21:30.

Boasting one Michelin star, this restaurant offers two tasting menus and "a la carte" dining. Its garden and terrace, along with a peaceful eating area, provide a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy the cuisine of chefs Denis and Nelly Franc.

Open every day for lunch (12 - 13:30) and dinner (20:00-21:30) except for Sundays. Closed for lunch on Mondays and Saturdays.

It offers a daily lunch menu. The garden is a no smoking area.

Surrounded by nature, this gourmet restaurant has a light and airy dining room created by famous architect Jean Nouvel, who also designed the terraced garden.

The restaurant is part of Le Saint-James Relais & Châteaux.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch (12:00-13:15) and dinner (19:30-21:15).
