Chef Nicolas Magie draws inspiration from the region of Aquitaine and its seasonal produce for his inventive cuisine based on French classic dishes. Surrounded by nature, this gourmet restaurant has a light and airy dining room created by famous architect Jean Nouvel, who also designed the terraced garden.
The restaurant is part of Le Saint-James Relais & Châteaux.
Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch (12:00-13:15) and dinner (19:30-21:15).
They offer a set lunch menu. There are various tasting menus for dinner, as well as "à la carte" options.
