Situated in the luxurious surroundings of Le Grand Hotel de Bordeaux, this restaurant offers diners an elegant yet intimate restaurant styled in a palette of mauve and orange with a handcrafted marquetry floor.

Signature dishes from head chef Gilad Peled, developed with Gordon Ramsay, include native lobster from the ‘press’, steamed with lemon leaf, corn, girolles, courgettes, coral and lemon grass bisque; and blonde d’ Aquitaine veal, braised shin, bone marrow, white root vegetables, soft herbs and consommé.

Open Tuesday - Saturday: 19:00-21:30.

Dress code is elegant casual.

Chef Nicolas Masse offers in this restaurant a combination of traditional French cuisine, made with fresh seasonal ingredients from the southwest sourced from local producers, with unusual influences from all around the world. His creations can be paired with a large selection of wines, by the counsel of head sommelier Aurélien Farouil.

The restaurant is set in a beautiful 18th-century orangery overlooking the nearby lake and the vineyards that surround the hotel Les Sources de Caudalie, to which it belongs. There is also a terrace. The original but down-to-earth dishes are served "à la carte" or as part of different tasting menus.

Open from Wednesday to Friday, 19:30-21:30. Open on Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 to 13:45, and from 19:30 to 21:30.

This elegant and sophisticated two Michelin star restaurant offers creative dishes designed by chef Cédric Béchade, who plays with colours and textures in his cuisine.

Located in the middle of the Saint-Émilion wine region, its sommelier Benoit Gelin's counsel will provide the perfect wine pairing. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, as well as for lunch on Saturdays. Tasting and seasonal menus are offered.

There is also a bar and terrace with magnificent views offering light dishes such as salads and sandwiches specifically designed by chef Cédric Béchade under the name "l'Esprit de Plaisance". It is open for lunch from Monday to Friday.

Surrounded by nature, this gourmet restaurant has a light and airy dining room created by famous architect Jean Nouvel, who also designed the terraced garden.

The restaurant is part of Le Saint-James Relais & Châteaux.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch (12:00-13:15) and dinner (19:30-21:15).

They offer a set lunch menu. There are various tasting menus for dinner, as well as "à la carte" options.

Part of the Darroze family tradition, this restaurant serves a selection of classic French dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients to perfection. They can be enjoyed in its elegant dining room or the pleasant terrace under the trees.

It is part of the Hotel Claude Darroze. They offer a set lunch menu, as well as different tasting selections. They have a vast wine list from renowned French denominations.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch (11:45-13:30) and dinner (19:45-23:30). They also open on Mondays for dinner, and on Sundays for lunch.

This restaurant is located in the Château Troplong Mondot, a large estate on the top of a hill with a winery that produces a 1er Grand Cru Classé. They serve traditional French cuisine with creative contemporary touches.

The restaurant is located next to the wine cellar, and they have an extensive wine list. They can accommodate up to 40 people in their elegant room dominated by a fireplace. There is also a very pleasant terrace overlooking the vines and the Dordogne valley. Their dishes are rooted in the regional tradition, and many of the ingredients are grown on site.

Open for lunch 12:00-14:00 and dinner 19:30-21:00.

Closed Tuesday and Wednesday, and on Monday during winter open from 12:00 to 14:00 only.

This gourmet one Michelin star restaurant serves the refined and contemporary creations of Manuela and Thomas L'Hérisson. Their choice of dishes adapt according to the products available in each season, and is served in a light dining room that overlooks the river Dordogne.

The menu comprises four starters, five main dishes and a selection of cheese and desserts which change often.

Open Monday 12:15-13:30 and 19:30-21:45, Tuesday 12:215-13:30, closed Wednesday, Thursday-Saturday 12:15-13:30 and 19:30-21:45, Sunday 12:15-13:30.
