Outdoor Markets

Quai des Chartrons Market - overlooking the River Garonne every Sunday morning from 07:00 - 13:00 for food and until 16:00 for restaurants, crafts and flowers etc.
Saint-Seurin Farmers' market - every Friday morning from 07:00 - 13:00 at the Place des Martyrs de la Résistance
Saint-Augustin Markets - this twice a week small local producers market is on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 07:00 - 13:00
Neuf and Royal Markets of Saint Michel - Every week, visitors have the choice between the colourful delicacies at the Neuf market on a Monday from 08:00 - 14:00 and all types of items at the Royal market (flea market) on a Saturday from 08:00 - 14:00. Crockery, trinkets, furniture, etc. A subtle mix of delicious smells and pretty colours to brighten interiors. Visit the Quai des Salinières, Bordeaux (Neuf) - Quai des salinières (non-food market) and Place Canteloup and Meynard (food), Bordeaux (Royal) 
Pouyanne Market - This small local and regional producers market in the heart of the Saint-Genes neighbourhood on a Sunday morning from 07:00 - 13:00: roast chicken, delicacies from La Reunion, cheeses and fresh fish, organic fruit and vegetables... A little market that is worth the detour! 
Calixte Camelle Market - On a Thursday from 07:00 - 13:00 on the right bank in the Bastide district at the Place Calixte Camelle; this local market has meat, fish, bread, cheese, jam, wine and vegetables for all gourmets. You may also find shoes, clothes, tablecloths, or bags.
Pey Berland Markets - this twice weekly market at the foot of the cathedral on the Place Pey Berland offers around 15 stalls with fruit and vegetables, cheese, meat, honey, bread, sweets, prepared foods, fish, wine, flowers, etc. Wednesdays is the farmers’ market and Sundays, the traditional market. 
Allée Serr Market - This small market is a little difference from the normal, it is on a Friday afternoon from 14:00 - 19:00 and offers a very relaxed atmosphere to enjoy wine and oysters and other local produce.

Organic Markets

Saint-Amand Market - In the heart of the Caudéran district, this organic market is on Saturday from 07:00 - 13:00 at the Place des Martyrs de la Résistance, Bordeaux.
Organic markets on the docks - Every Thursday from 07:00 - 13:00 on the Quai des Chartrons you'll find local organic agricultural food products, cut flowers, plants and craft materials.

Boca FoodCourt every day from 10:30 at Euratlantique, Quai de Paludate
Les Capucins Market - Probably the largest and most famous market in the city, has the nickname the "Stomach of Bordeaux" Tuesday - Friday from 06:00 - 14:00, Saturday and Sunday from 05:30 - 14:30
Les Halles de Bacalan indoor market - One of the newer food halls to emerge in Bordeaux opposite the Cite du Vin at 10 esplanade de Pontac. A great place for lunch with a great choice of organic breads, mature cheeses, fresh fish, oysters and seafood, homemade ice-cream, rotisserie, local dishes and salads, wine merchants and tapas. Open from Tuesday - Saturday  08:00 - 23:00 and on Sunday 08:00 - 16:00
Les Halles de Talence indoor market - at Place Alcala de Henares, 316 bis cour de la Libération, Talence. A smaller market to enjoy drinks and tapas with local artisans and caterers preparing delicious products from Tuesday to Sunday. A feature of this intimate market since 2020 is the Michelin-starred chef Vivien Durand.
