Pierre Gagnaire Restaurant

Luxurious restaurant serving Michelin starred cuisine

Location
Bordeaux

Situated in a gorgeous white stone townhouse built in the classical style of the late 19th century, this restaurant is part of the joint project of Bernard Magrez, owner of various wineries in the Bordeaux area, and Pierre Gagnaire.

In its grand dining room, they serve the wonderful creations of a Michelin-starred chef, along with a selection of 259 wines including all the Grand Crus Classés.

The gourmet restaurant is part of the Grande Maison Hotel. It offers a menu based on traditional French dishes made with products from the South-East and updated in a contemporary combination. The two dining rooms, seating 42 diners and including the library of former owner Léon Duguit, have been decorated by Frédérique Fournier in a personal interpretation of the Napoleon III style.

They offer different tasting menus.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch from 12:00-13:30 and Dinner from 19:00-21:30.

Closed every Monday.
