This rural chateau set in the heart of the Bordeaux vines. With a passionate, attentive team running this working French country estate. Most bookings are for the chateau as a whole, group holidays, birthdays, parties and weddings. Or you can book just a room and join in the party.
Chateau Rigaud boast a variety of superior suites each one spacious and unique. Many with large 4 poster beds and roll top baths. A few also have small annex's which can fit small beds or cots for children.
This Medieval Chateau has a great sense of space, with ancient stone fireplaces and enormous oak beams. A comfortable cinema room, family lounge with roaring log fires, the chapel bar is the scene of many late night/early mornings, Maroc lounge for a bit or peace and quiet, the boudoir spa for massage and relaxation and the children's nursery means that whether you are relaxing or partying you can always find something to do.
But if the chateau itself doesn't entertain you enough well then there is plenty to do in the grounds. A large heated swimming pool with sun loungers, an adventure playground, a games barn with table tennis, a vegetable garden you can get involved with and help pick something for that evenings meal. Or tire yourself out by playing and walking the resident chateau dog, Hobo in the chateau's woodland walks or just in the fields.
