L'Estanquet has the main house with bespoke bedrooms and a newly converted barn. Situated between the pine forest of Les Landes and the Atlantic Ocean it is perfect place for you to stop and immediately rest & relax. Biscarrosse lake is a stones throw away & sandy beaches lead into the freshwater lake.
Alex, Claire & their family are inviting you into their home. This beautiful place has a comfortable but rustic feel to it. The main house has 1 double room and 2 suites. L'Estanquet is just a two minute walk from the sandy beaches of the shallow, freshwater lake - ideal for children, water sports, relaxing and keeping cool. The area is surrounded by pine tree forests and perfect for exploring with the never-ending cycle paths or seeking out a hidden beach for a picnic. You can even cycle to the sea at Mimizan or Biscarrosse
'The Materials Room' sleeps 2 people with a shower room and separate WC. The rooms theme has its inspiration drawn from woods, paper and natural elements of nature.
'The Serenity Suite' is designed for 4 people. A king sized double bed and 2 single beds in independent connecting rooms. They share a shower room with a separate WC. The nearby sea was the calming inspiration for this suite.
'The Garden Suite' again is for 4 people. Like the last suite it contains a king sized bed and 2 single beds in independent connecting rooms. They also share a shower room with a separate WC. Garden views and soft colours set the relaxed tranquil style of this suite.
The Gite is a 100 year old barn that has been recently converted. It sleeps up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. There is a beautiful well equipped open plan kitchen, and all mod cons throughout the gite including high speed WiFi, Bosch sound system, TV, Wii, DVD, iPod dock. Which can all be enjoyed around a wood burner to keep you warm on those chilly nights. A newly decked out terrace is also a lovely spot to enjoy a bbq or to relax on a warm summers evening.
